Lets put aside star trek for a while and talk classic scifi movies (50's-80's era)

My favourite:the black hole and war of the worlds,whats yours?

After Trek, of course, I'd have to say Dune; 2001: A Space Odysey; and Bicentennial Man

The Dune Series is hard to start, but even harder to stop reading.
