Hi, welcome.

You won't go wrong checking out all the names listed earlier.

I like Trek because at the time as a kid I watched everything set in space then got hooked, and because I developed crushes on Troi and Beverly Crusher!

Welcome FranCat, and way to jump into discussions like you did.

I got into TREK when it was first syndicated in the 70s, since I too was just a shade too young to have appreciated it in its original run.

TOS is still my favorite of all TREK, as my interest waned a bit after TNG. TWOK remains my favorite of the films.

On the other hand, I learn a lot from fans who grew up long after I did and have a variety of other favorites. Let's face it, TREK fans are smart, interesting people -- and the folks who create these stories are no slouches either.

Well, actually just at my local watering hole, called The Tradewinds Tropical Lounge (in St. Augustine, FL) I also get up on stage and sing at Open Mic Night during Happy Hour on Thursdays. I sing with no music; just me and the mike. After that's over for the night, I usually stay; and dance all night -- with or without a partner!!
