Travis' smile was quite... scary. I Wouldn't say he's the worst actor ever, but the combination of his acting ability and his under developed story makes him my least favorite character. Hoshi didn't really do anything either, but she's easier on the eyes.

edit: After sleeping on it I want to change my vote. Malcolm had good moments.

By far and away my least favorite character in ENT was Daniels.
