I used to have Star Trek II, III, and VI on CD. Now, only have TMP and Nemesis soundtracks.

I only have first contact. Used it to wind up a motivational speech twelve years ago and had everyone in tears. Such a great soundtrack.

I would have to pull it out. I picked up the cd with all the tracks but it was the final music as the credits rolled that i used.

I bought the end credits off of iTunes. It is great, although that piece is the same as what Goldsmith used in The Motion Picture

Well, Jerry Goldsmith did score both Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Star Trek: First Contact. For both those films, he even used the Blaster Beam.

I used to have TMP soundtrack on 8-track!!?!!?!! Never was a big fan of the TMP/TNG theme - too marshall- but 'Ilya's Theme' is one of my favorite compositions, bar none!
