Post VULCAN blows up

what do you think of the rumor of spocks planet vulcan blows up and spock is the last vulcan left--shades of dr.who---are we getting ripped off-your thoughts

Default Well, I remember this one...

I don't know about Spock being the last Vulcan, but AICN reported that Vulcan might blow up a few months ago.

Sounds kinda fishy to me.

I was thinking it over and they may have been talking about Of Gods and Men thinking it was ST:XI. Also, Ive heard AICN isnt very reliable, and they dont think very highly of Orci and some of the others involved with the film

I think they posed the idea of Vulcan blowing up as a hypothetical and not a spoiler.

Be about time there was a federation planet in trouble not called 'earth'... it always seemed like despite the fact that the Federation is supposed to be a grouping of hellua species, it was the Hoomans who took over everything, it would be nice for the show to get with the mediocrity principle every once in a while...
