Default Could Frakes play Shatner

If they made a film of the Shat's life one day? Or could he play his son with hereditory mad cow in Boston Legal?

I think he could pull it off though I've not seen him in anything but trek.

Frakes used to host some show on Sci-fi that was basically a Truth or Lies show. They'd play a story, and then you try to figure out whether the story really happened, or if it was fiction.

He also did voice over acting for the cartoon Gargoyles, along with Marina Sirtis.

In all honesty, even though Riker was basically Kirk stepped down in rank, I could not see Frakes portraying Der Shat.

Frakes played Kristy Alley's brother in it.
And the guy, who played Lincoln in "Savage Curtain" was in it, too.
(But sadly not as Lincoln this time)

I don't know if he could have played a new Shatner -- my instincts are saying yes.

I've got a couple of audiobooks that are read by J.Frakes, and he does a pretty decent impression of Picard!!
