I feel fine about it. I'm actually excited by the prospect of seeing it, something I've honestly not felt in relation to Trek for some time now. I have no problem with new actors, going back to the start, none of it. The original still exists and always will, I don't think it devalues it or (as yet, until seen!) desecrates it. Give the thing a chance.

firstly i'm not a diehard fan,i'm just a fan.i feel sad about all the questions the 2 i really dont like r the recasting of such classic characters and the movie being a prequel to somthing i thing dont need to be done.

How do you guys FEEL about it?

Okay, I am so happy that they are bringing it back!

How do you guys FEEL about these iconic characters being recast?

Just like Superman or Batman or... they are so strong as characters much like the big S or B that I am confident that it will be actored with the highest of respect

How do you guys FEEL about this new film going back to the old classic days of Trek?

Can't wait!

How do you guys FEEL generally about this?

Looking forward to it with more anticipation then a kid in a sweet shop!

I am excited but tend to reserve judgement until I see the movie. i am a trek fan that knows a lot of lines...even some Klingon
