There are laws in place that Youtube has to follow in terms of censorship and they are, along with movies, shows and video games. Movies, shows and video games even have ratings so you as the consumer can make a better educated choice whether you want to buy the product or not. In my opinion in the end it should be the consumer’s choice.

I see your point though . It just bothers the crap out of me that people can be so idiotic . But thats life for you though. you have your normal people and you have your people who want to be idiots so they post stupid junk to make themselves feel like bad asses...

I have a problem with Youtube not taking down videos of actual crimes. I don't think anyone needs to see acts of felonious assault! And as for boxing, well, that's a conversation for another thread.

I think you can actually flag the videos as inappropriate. Not that it really matters to me. I see something stupid, I just hit the back button.

You can certainly flag videos as inappropriate. I think videos of people being stupid just serve as lessons to our kids "do you want to be this guy? No? then do be an idiot".....

If kids have nothing esle better to do than that , then why not use that free time geting a job or doing something constructive
| Well, They're Not Promoting It. God Point, But They Can't Keep Track Of 1 Bilion Videos Added Each Day. I Have An Account And Make Movies Using pictures... ( Not Happening For Sovereign. Taking Tat To A WHOLE New Level..Anyways, People SHOULD Know Better Than To Put This Stuff Up. If You Have A Chance To Be Popular, Don't Ruin It With Videos Of Violence. I Mean, Out Of ALLL The Things You CAN Do.

How do you define normal? What maybe normal for you may not be normal for me or for someone else.

umm lets see... normal would be someone who doesn't post videos of
brutal beatings of other people just to make their selfs feel better. normal would be people who actually give a damn about society. Normal is people who dont make fun of other people for being different. yes i know normal may not be the same as it is for u or someone esle. Were all entitled to freedom of speech here and i believe what i believe and so do u guys and gals. Thats the beauty of america.

I don't think anyone was saying you weren't entitled to your personal opinon.

But so many not so nice people have used their ideas of normalicy to hurt groups of people they didn't like.

Do agree with the beating videos, no. Do they have a right to post them? yes.

As long as such posting does not violate any laws, or youtube policy. Maybe more than posters you should direct your anger at youtube for allowing the posts.
