Okay, I am a TOS and TOS film junkie. I never really got into TNG and only went to the theater to see Generations and First Contact. However, I never went back for a second showing of these two films or ever rented/purchased any TNG movies.

Among all the GREAT (and I mean it) TNG fans out there, which is your favorite TNG movie and why?

Nemesis, for me.

Big screen feel....sadly lacking in the first three films. Flawed story? Yes. Good popcorn flick? Yes. Kick a** space battle during the last half of the film? Hell yes!

(let the flaming begin.....as I'm probably the only guy here who actually liked Nemesis...especially over the other three tv episod---er---movies.)

I loved nemesis! your not the only one.lol battle scenes were amazing for me. loved it. theres was alot of action. kept me at the edge of my seat

First Contact - a terrific story, as the Borg were made for the big screen. A still awesome starship battle like we had never seen before on the REALLY big screen. A nice little character moment for all the cast, top quality guests (Cromwell, Woodard and the best Borg Queen - Alice Krige). Oh yeah.... and it showed First Contact, the most important moment in Star Trek history (and it wasn't overdone or a big deal made, it was just a moment at the end then the rest left to future history).

Some prefer mindless action, some prefer well composed stories. I am for the latter and thus prefer FC and Insurrection.

Which was totally out of character for the Borg, they assimilate and reproduce asexually. Just some dumb sex scene to gain the general audience.
Now compare this to the relationship between Picard and Lily whcih evolved from initial mistrust to true friendship.
