Hi, Jerhanner. I don't know if you have the Beethoven CD, or merely want it on your desert isle...but I do have a set of 5 discs. Herbert von Karajan conducts the Berliner Philharmoniker, from a recording made in 1963. The label is Deutche Grammophon, and the catalogue number is 429 036-2. I like it, particularly the 9th.

So, I'd take that (if I could sneak it in as one selection), along with
Billy Joel, either Storm Front or River of Dreams

all of mine would be from the american idol people. it would be more than five but heck .. i love them all . lol
