IRC, I was wondering if these forums had an IRC chan, if so, on what server? If not, can we make one?

I thought someone would as, IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat, it is aquireable through downloads of programs such as mIRC or ICEChat. It is basically a bunch of chatrooms, called Channels, hosted on servers. It is basically a place for a bunch of people to get on and talk.
