sounds like a migrane. I get them when under stress but sometimes allergies can cause them frequenty. Go to your docter and have yourself checked. It may be as simple as treating an allergy

sounds like low grade migraines. a physician can prescribe something for you.

a cheap relaxor for the muscles in the head is a "massage wand", don't laugh it works! you can buy one at a pharmacy for $10, batteries not included.
hold the massage wand against your temple and the vibrations will relax your tension.
