Default I'm gonna try to quit smoking

Starting tomorrow, I'm going to try to not smoke cigarettes anymore. It won't be for me. It'll be for her, the #1 girl in my life.

Awww - that's the best reason in the world! It's gonna be a tough few days, but you can do it. Once you hit that one week mark, you've got it made. Good luck and keep us posted!

Right...one day is not the end. If it happens, just remind yourself how well you did before and go back to it. Note, I'm not a good person for this as I've never been a smoker...I've smoked but it never drew me in. But, as someone who has food issues, I can tell you that just because one day you dove back into the pool doesn't mean you stay in the water...

Go for it! Add up how much money you will save every month and put it away for your number one little fan.
You can do this, we are all pulling for you!

All that is true, failure is part of success. If you can deal with "cold turkey" then go for it. Otherwise, ask you doctor about CHANTIX. I have had many patients stop smoking using it. I believe it is very safe as well as effective, but ask your doctor (who knows you better than I do) about it if you need some help stoping.

GOOD LUCK! It's the best thing you can do for yourself.

I believe that the Surgeon General's Office has recommended the use of prescription aids to get past the physically addictive nature of smoking....that frees the person to devote his/her energies to fighting the psychologically addictive nature of smoking. So, absolutely do what the Doc has suggested and talk to your doctor about CHANTIX.

Nope. Already have enough suicidal tendencies as it is. Doing much better with that though.

I've said too much.

Goes to show you what kind of grip nicotine has over someone; I've already lit one up out of habit. s**t. Well, there's always tomorrow.
