Ok, so the LT. said they integrate the extra people created by time paradoxes. They don't say how, but I'm guessing they use the transporter because they talked about this right before Janeway and 7 in a uniform beam back to Voyager. They also talked about integrating the 3 Braxtons running around.

So I'm guessing that the Braxton who met Voyager after the stint on Earth in Futures End was combined with the Braxton who was the homeless guy in LA... who then turned into a guy with a vendetta against Janeway and tried to blow up Voyager.

I can kind of follow, but it's exactly what I mean about time travel on Trek. the explanations given by the writers were utter gobbledygook!
