Prince Caspian
Saw it a few hours ago. Fantastic!
Much darker that The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe and better for it. Not a perfect film but i will see it several times at the theatre.

I liked it quite a bit. I didn't see the first movie but since Daughter is lusting after the guy playing Caspian (and, yes, he's hot!) we went. It is dark and quite grown up. There's a lot of humor in it too which is a nice counterpoint to the darkness.

It will be hard for me not to be a canon-head re. Narnia! Caspian in the book wasn't such a hunk if I remember...
What I'm looking forward to are Dawn Treader and Horse & His Boy!

Im definitely looking forward to the dawn treader, I doubt they'll make a horse and his boy. I see this line of movies much about the LWW as a series and not so much a chronicles of narnia as a set.
That being said I really really hope they do The silver chair, that was my favorite.

Well....Caspian in the book is young. I think 13. So, yeah....they went pretty far off canon by casting a 26 year old....but I don't question the wisdom of it. He's definitely worth gazing upon.

Well, Paul Atreides of DUNE lore (and Feyd-Rautha, his blood enemy) were both only supposed to be about 15 years old....and yet, in both cases (1984 and the 2000 Sci-Fi miniseries) they cast guys in their early to mid 20's...and it would be assumed that the characters are of similar ages as the actors playing them. So....(forgive the brazenness) canon-schmanon.
As for the movie Prince Caspian, I have to say I actually enjoyed it more than Indiana Jones 4, and I've been a fan of Indiana Jones longer than I've had an appreciation for The Chronicles of Narnia.
