Well, hun...I'm glad that works for you. I can't get past the glacial face of the woman wearing the dress. I also have issues with the "mr. staypuft" skirt....not a good thing.

For just looking sexy in a great dress, I'd go for Lt. Carolyn Palamas in Who Mourns for Adonais.

For men I have to go with Kirk in TOS.

For women in TOS its the Romulan Commander, this episode when Kirk steals the cloaking device.
