The proportions look a LOT better. I think the deflector dish needs to be angled UPWARD now- so that it's parallel to the secondary hull. I agree that the nacells need to ba attached farther in the fore direction but have them angled aftward to prevent them from colliding with the primary hull and to give the whole ship more length. I guess a slightly longer "neck" wouldn't hurt.
Hey, this is still a great drawing and worlds better than I could do in my dreams. How 'bout naming it the Exitprise?

Ok, alot better! Alot closer to Starfleet style feel.

More suggestions-

1. Diffrent Nacelle struts, those are just out of place. Try a "Gull Wing" like the TMP Enterprise. That way you can move the struts up a but on your primary hull.
2. Angle the deflector dish a tad more "up and down" in relation to the primary hull.
3. Add a bit more "neck" between the primary and saucer. Not alot just a bit.
4. If it was me, I'd flatten the primary hull a bit and strech it just a bit more.
5. I would reconfigure my shuttlebay angle it more.

An excellent send run!

Also known as pylons, these are the connecting bits between the nacelles and the secondary hull.
