Personally, the ending scene of Generations has my vote. To see the end of the enterprise-d was very tramatic.

Hands down my favorite scene is in Star Trek 4 when the whalers shoot the harpoon at the whales and it hits the cloaked bird of prey and falls down just as the bird decloaks.

They are in San Fransisco, but a passerby tells them the 'nuclear wessels' are in Alameda.
