Thanks! And yes indeed, it does look like a jumpsuit. Could anybody please tell me that I'm right, otherwise I would need some new glases.

What little of the uniform I could see..might be an academy jumpsuit.

No, actually it's known that the academic-uniforms are either red or grey. It seems that the combination of red/yellow/blue is only used for officers.

Who says in the 23rd century what color the Academy uniforms are? What is your source? As far as I know, we've never see then from the TOS era, unless you count Finnegan. Then we only assume it's one because Kirk talks about him during his academy days.


We only know the 24th century ones.

These Pics show the Starfleet Academy with it's students (I guess the people in the red suits) and the teachers (the ones in grey). There are no other uniforms like the yellow/red/blue shirts from the series. Trekmovie.com and Treknews.de is convinced that the pictures show the academy, I didn't make it up by myself.
