Default My Theory about Continuity Changes

My friends and I feel that the "offical" cannon techically could be considered changed and altered after the events of First Contact. I mean think about the borg come down any part of the Borg left behind could have leapt forward technology. Any little thing left behind or changed could have unforseeable changes in the universe. Chaos theory and or the butterfly effect come to mind. Could explain some Enterprise and "Cannon" decrepencies.

Just a thought.

Actually you could argue the same thing starting back at TOS in Tomorow Is Yesterday, or City On The Edge Of Forever, Assignment Earth, or even arguably All Our Yesterdays. We have no real proof, outside of alien assurances, that the TOS crew went back to an unaltered timelines.

I guess even Star Trek 4. Ahh no one the continuity in trek sucks. Every 3rd episode takes place in an alternate universe. *LOL*

People keep brining up canon errors in ENT all the time, I felt ENT played with grey areas, but there was never a blatant canon violation in the run of the series, in my opinon.

But as you've brought up, with all the time traveling throughout the series, it woudl cover the inconistances really well. Also, it would quiet all those who yell foul at ENT. Just say, "Hey man after the ENT-E messed with history..."

Well because Stafleet went to more of a militaristic bent, instead of exploratory. Which makes sense in the light of the Borg Incursion, and the Dominon War.

Hmm, I could see where someone might think that.
