Default Foods you once hated but like now...

For me, I think it's eggs at the top of my list. As a kid, I really hated them. To this day, I still can't eat them hardboiled or sunnyside up, but I tear 'em up scrambled or folded into an omelete.

Spinach is pretty much my favorite vegetable, but I think I owe Popeye the Sailor for turning me around on that (but I still hate brussel sprouts)...

The only thing I gravitated towards never having liked as a child is... chopped liver! It used to gross me out but when I was 22, I was a guest at someone's house and they served it and I figured I didn't want to be rude so I tried it and lo and behold- one of my favs now, including all types of liver and pate.

I'm not a fruit person but I love all veggies except things with seeds like squashes- ICK!

Brussels sprouts...hated them as a kid, love them now. Its all in how they are prepared. Can't get enough of 'em. Great, now I've gone and made myself hungry!
