Default Enterprise Mission Reports....let's have some fun.

I was just thinking about how absurd some of the episodes of Star Trek are, and then an even more absurd thought hit me.

Those episodes would have mission reports that would go back to Starfleet Command and get read. Can you imagine some of the reactions that had to occur in those offices?

So, post your idea of a mission report from any episode, or movie, preferably one of the sillier outings, and your best, straightlaced Commodore/Admiral reading the report back at Starfleet Command.

Mission Report: Cause and Effect
Encountered temporal anomaly and an old late 23rd century starship. The starship crashed into our starboard nacelle and breached our core. this happened for about 17 days with the incident constantly repeating. After each loop, the crew reported experiencing de juea vue. We eventually broke the loop and save both ships.
