I've always thought the phrase "Watch your head!" was kind of stupid... how are you supposed to do that?! (Unless you have a mirror, I suppose...)

The context has been lost these days, but "Watch your head" is shorthand for "Watch out because we're passin' through a place with a low ceilin' and ya might smack ya head here an' knock yer silly self out cold..."
