Building an old sci-fi classic
For any of you Irwin Allen fans out there, I just got the new 39 inch long model of the USOS Seaview from the TV series Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. The series stared Richard Basehart and David Hedison. It's a sweet kit; comes complete with control room interior, flying sub hangar, flying sub, minisub, and diving bell. I'm actually hoping to install some LEDs in it and get the control room lit up as well as the bow search light and running lights.

Funny timing, I just saw (part of) the original VTTBOTS feature film on cable today. Good luck with the kit!

HA! It reminded me of STAR TREK, but without all that annoying plausibility. And with Frankie Avalon. Double demerit points.
