HOw do you deal with it.
Man or women.
As the women who suffers from it and/ or living with one who has it.
As a women I can say I do get a bit sentimental, not angry. I try to keep myself busy and tell hubby I am a bit sentimental so he is aware not to say something that may make me upset.
Now men don't think you guys don't have that time of the month you do, you guys get mood swings too.

Sure we do, but it isn't linked to a physiological phenomenon like yours.

I'm lucky enough that my wife rarely gets emotional side effects, hers are almost always more physical. I bring her home chocolate and she's happy.

My wife has it, that's why I keep a cage for her in the basement. I imagine the significant others of werewolves have much the same problem...

Seriously, when she gets emotional on me, I go out, rent a few chick flicks, get a quart of her faveorite Blue Bunny ice cream, and just try to leave her the hell alone for a few days.

Few days eek, I thought my one day (of emotional termoil) was bad, sorry, But your a wise husband tho, cause we can be a hand full, sis was one of those, she was such a **** that time of the month, there was no living with her at times

Now that spring is here I've been taking it out on the stupid ants that try to infest my garden. (Yeah, I know, using cocoa bean shells wasn't a smooth move.) Otherwise, chocolate, a bubblebath, and a very forgiving hubby.
