^ The Argo, just to prove I have an emotional age of 8. Would love it if this site began an art gallery for me to purloin some new screensavers.

^ Nice Argo. That's a show I should get into. I hear it has echoes of original Trek.

Mine's built simply in MS Paint from frame grabs of the original pilot's opening and closing titles, to dovetail with my screen name and emphasize my love of the original Trek, especially before Paramount took over. For example: Bob Justman says when they came aboard in '68, they started pinching pennies right away and asking questions like "why can't this be shot on the budget of 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea'?" Paramount had no interest in doing a third season any more than NBC wanted to renew the show. It was the Bjo Trimble letter-writing campaign (secretly aided by Roddenberry) that forced the network's and studio's hands.
