Default Firefly/ Serenity fans!

Trek is my fav sci-fi but in a close 2nd place I can't get enough of Firefly. Such an amazing series and movie and it deserves a sequel at least. Who agrees?

I think my favorite episode was "Out of Gas." You learn so much about where the crew came from, and how Mal brought them all together.

There's talk about a reunion TV movie, but sadly, most of the cast has moved on to other projects.

I don't qualify as a browncoat...but I have both the movie and the series on DVD...I consider some of Firefly to be the best, best, best TV ever produced. Objects in Space is astonishing and Jaynestown (or is it Jaynesville?) tackles some of the deepest issues I've seen TV tackle.

Great show...I was hooked when I couldn't hear anything during scenes in open space. Joss got it right.

Yeah, the guys at the visual effects house that did Firefly were amazing. I remember being absolutely floored when they did the episode where the Reivers were introduced. The shifts in focus, the extreme telephoto "look"... it was like watching space shuttle footage through the eyes of the distant future. A new standard was set, really.

Love that little cargo ship! Even if they did more though it wouldn't be the same after they killed off two of the characters in the movie.

Ah, but did they kill Wash off? We never did get to know him very well... how do we know there aren't several dozen Washes out there, who were cloned as a part of a "secret, super pilot" program? (It would explain why he was a bit flakey, until he got behind the stick...
