You know when I first heard her voice I though it was awfully rough. I'm not sure if some work was done to modulate her voice from Caretaker but it nolonger sounds like she had a sore throat and I never heard it again in the rest of the series.

On the other hand, maybe this Janeway wouldn't have brought the decision to destroy caretaker, so the crew would be home in no time

Tough we wouldn't have this great show then, ehh...

TG she quit and Kate got the job. She just does not "buy" into the technobabble and really was dry. No way would I have watched.
