I'm a little confused as to what you're posting. The original article you posted made it clear that an effort had to have been made to find the creator the work. This means that things like digital signatures will need to be developed which allow for that sort of search.

I frankly think a lot of what's in this last post is off the mark. For instance, if you sell your work, there's a record of sale, that's proof of creation. Simple record keeping on the part of seller and buyer would guarantee that anyone else using the work would be guilty of infringement.
