I am pretty sure I saw ridges on that head, maybe a helmet like from the deleted scenes in the last one. I am pretty sure that dude that the Villain was fighting was Klingon

Looks pretty good for a dumb action flick. I like the E diving into water, "come back to have my revenge" sounds more like Khan than Mitchel and the seeming repetition of Spock's death scene further suggests TWOK 2.0.
Despite still lacking balls and now doing not just a half-as*ed reboot but even a remake and the third movie about Khan in a row the movie will probably be significantly better than the last one because of a better villain and a better story.
Why? Because it is based upon TWOK, because it is the copy of the original and not the copy of a copy (NEM) like STXI has been.

I'm convinced we're back to Mitchell and not Khan. Somehow, he didn't die this time. For most viewers, Kirk's history with him in 'Where No Man Has Gone Before' (recent Abramsverse comic adaptation) will be something that happened backstage, akin to the Countdown comics of the previous movie. Definitely worth checking out that Japanese trailer! I wonder why that wasn't added to ours? Maybe for the Dec 17th teaser it will be.

I keep going back and forth....it looks and sounds like Kahn, but yet I keep hearing "Mitchell" in the back of my mind for some reason. And I agree, I'm betting the relationship between he and Kirk will be explained in detail in the comics leading up to the movie.

If in fact it is a remake of Khan then the producers have betrayed the intent of their original film. I was let down by Dark Knight Rises, Skyfall and I feel like I'll be three for three in May.
