Apparently it is a total conversion of Half-Life. There is a game I have been awaiting official sequels for...especially Half-Life Episode III, which sounds like it's never going to be made or released, unless my info is outdated.

I love the Half-Life games. Great story, good gameplay. And Alyx is one of the cutest polygonal chicks I've ever seen in a game.

I vaguely remember HL 1...and admittedly, my experience with Half-Life has been on consoles. (Half Life 1 was released to Xbox first, and then to PS2, both of these shortly after their PC releases.) But the story, as I recall, was intriguing.

Same thing with Half-Life 2 on Xbox 360. I've only played the console versions, but they are quite satisfying.

I think they do well on either platform. I'm not a purist.
One of my favorite console FPS's was the TimeSplitters series, because of its ability to allow you to create your own custom levels. I was eagerly awaiting TimeSplitters III, but I can't remember if Free Radical went out of business or not. (They were the guys who made GoldenEye for the N64.)

Goldeneye was the only good console FPS. Imagine it on a PC, and it would've been even better

Ha ha.....clearly you've not played the TimeSplitters, KillZone, or Halo series of console FPS's.
