My negative appraisals have been shaped by their their negative actions and I hold them accountable for the disgrace and lack of fellowship that cost lives and money.

NASA isn't a priority at all. It's ultimately superflous to send manned missions into space just to go there. But it's made worse when you strain an ecconomy to do it and end up doing nothing. They spent 9 Billion dollars on Constellation Program to scrap the entire thing. 9 Billion Dollars that could have gone to our decaying and decrepit infrastructure or education.

I honestly don't care about the comparison between it an other government agencies because ultimately it's the same government and where as those other agencies are necessary NASA is not. So in my eyes it needs to be cleaned up or wiped away and left to the corporate world where result are quarterly and not by the decade.
