Oh, I get those sorts of numbnesses often. If I lean on my left elbow it doesn't take long for it to set in. Though I never get it on the right. But my left shoulder is the area with the weaker nerve so I guess that makes sense.

I often wake up in the night with dead limb or some such sensation. I think it's just the contortions I end up in asleep. Once or twice I've woken up and been so asleep but semi-conscious it's felt so dead I actually had to use my other arm to move it coz nothing was happening on it's own. By my perception anyway. Of course I'm not fully with it when that happens so that may be a wrong impression!

Was freaky the first couple times. Then it was like 'oh, what else is new'.

One thing I do have in my favor is that while I do eat whatever I want to without much thought, I'm not really an overeater. I tend to eat in moderation. I'm also a pretty high energy, active type.

I eat whatever I want without much thought as well. That's the problem!

That and I'm a chocoholic. If I didn't like it so much I would have no waistline issues at all.

I'm more of a salty snack kind of guy. Doritos, popcorn, that kind of crap. I like chocolate, but I'm not a huge sweet toothe person.

I eat like a rabbit and avoid bread on the daily basis....I don't have to really worry about it
