This photo alone tells me this movie will either flop big time and piss a lot of Lone Ranger devotees off or it will succeed purely for its comedy material…

Well, you have Depp, Bruckheimer and Verbinski - all three the main players in Pirates so it's no suprise he looks like a cross between any ghost from a Japanese horror flick and Captain Jack again. Though I still can't imagine why a remake of a show with two men on horseback had to have it's budget pared back from 250 million to 215 million.

Ouch! That's going to make Disney cry when they only get around $80-$100 million worldwide.
