Which phaser did you prefer?
Here's the list to choose from: -ENT (Phase Pistol) -TOS -TMP/ TWOK -TSFS -TFF/ TUC -TNG Season 1 -TNG 'Cobra' -VOY/ First Contact -Nemesis My favorites are TNG Season 1, First Contact, and Nemesis

The phasers from Final Frontier and Undiscovered Country are the best, in my view.
Second is the Cobra from TNG.

I liked the ones from nemesis. The metal finish looked superb.

For me, I've always preferred the TMP/TWOK phaser. That sleek, gunmetal gray design was simple and efficient.
The one in TFF/TUC comes a really close second though. It's very rugged-looking and is the largest of the "old-school" pistol phasers...

How about those 29th century phasers that showed up in the Voyager 2parter where they were sent to Los Angeles circa 2000?

Well I like them all honestly(not to mention owning all but the NEM version) I would say its the TFF/TUC thats my fav (only because its a screen used prop)

I like the look and sound of the heavy assault phaser from STV and STVI, but the desintergration effect from STII is still the best. Too bad no other phaser made the kill setting look so nasty.

My favorite toys all seem to be from TOS, just because that's what I grew up with... though arguably, since I am still talking about them, I never grew up! I hated all the phasers from TNG and forward. I think a phaser should look like a gun, not a household item.
