The best coffee you can get is fresh coffee beans, and no I do not mean those old coffee beans sitting in those containers at the grocery store.

Coffee Beans are naturally sweet, but they become bitter after sitting or airing out. That is why people have to add so much crap to the coffee to make it taste half way drinkable.

They say that you are better to buy a cheaper expresso machine and spend $1000 on a grinder than to get a cheap grinder and spend thousands on your expresso machine. Apparently that is the biggest mistake people make i'm told.

Of the commercial coffee shop brands, I'd have to say Starbuck's-but sometimes they get it right.

McDonalds don't make a bad coffee here. Half the store is the same old style McDonalds and the other half is set up like a starbucks and they call it McCafe. That may have taken off in the U.S i'm not sure but i can drink McDonalds coffee if i'm on the run.
