Soran even mentioned that the Borg taught him the only constant element of existence is death, or something like that.
And don't forget the Hansons and their expedition to study the Borg with the USS Raven

I usually tend to 'forget' the Hansons................that was even dumber. But it was done on VOY soooooooo
