Oh, so what you are thinking of is more of a "Search Topics" function. I notice that you can't seem to access one once you are in a particular sub catagory, or individual thread... THAT might actually help.

that would mean a real change in the message board.
From what I see it seems their not THAT commited to the forums. Most forums are chalked full of moderators and staff. File Front Gaming has something above 20 and it might be sign that these forums may not last long.

I figured they probably wouldn't go too nuts with a "free" forum. That's why I was proposing a sticky, like the one they already have. Nothing fancy, but it may help.
I like your idea FW45, but I don't think they'll go to that extreme. It would be cool though, and could really go a ways toward creating a reference library. A lot of these posts have some really great info.

Damage just wants to win the pool about how many "Bring Shatner back" threads we'll have to put up with before the movie is released...
Seriously, I do think it's a good idea...if not an actual list of threads, maybe just a sticky called "FAQ's of posting" (not the "must read" thing...that's too intimidating) and include questions like "Should I just start a new thread?" to which the answer might be: "Chances are one already exists. Please check through at least a few pages of posts and use an existing thread if possible. More threads means more to search through."
