As far as details such as bridge dome size, window size, shuttlebay door size, airlock size, etc., both the 1701-A and the fuglyprise appear to be comparable in overall size. The shipyard scene in STXI would seem to bear this out. It looks, compared to the shuttle and people around it, to be about the same size as previous versions of the Enterprise. However, according to TPTB, it's a frakkin' gigantoprise that's bigger than a Galaxy class. The unfortunate shuttlebay scene in jj-trek completely throws the whole ship's already ungainly proportions completely out of whack. Those people simply had no idea what they were doing with their screwed up version of the 1701.
