Hi gang, what's been going on over here, it's been a while...

Things have been busy over at my place, Zardoz will tell you, but have been curious who's still around here and what's been of interest?

Actually, I'm not the best person to tell you how things are going, since although I check in regularly and read what others have to say, I rarely actually post anything anymore. I guess I just happened to be the first person willing to comment on this. Tell Zardoz we all miss him! An dof course, we miss you too! Good to see you again, man!

It's nice how even though a lot of people have moved onto other forums or disappear altogether for periods of time, that everyone still posts a hello on here from time to time, waiting for the buzz of the next film to pick up.

I guess folks are simply waiting to find out whether a new site is constructed or a revamp here takes place.

Are there many from here on the SB forum? I was kinda sufficiently occupied at a level I was content with between here and Janeway's so I never signed up because it was a third forum along the same idea.

SB's forum definitely has more activity than Janeway's, and a ton more discussion that here. There are a few users from here, and a nice (sizable) community that he's built over the years. I just appreciate the consistency of posting over there and the lack of a lonely feeling that Janeway's gives off (sad to say).

It's sad to say but I agree that Janeway's has quite a lonely feeling. Essentially you just get a burst of activity when one of the core half dozen say of people posts a few comments, then a few hours later or the next day someone else does.

I've still been meaning to post more on SBL, been finding it quite hard to get stuck in as there, by contrast is so much going on!

Ok, well I registered anyway. I was going to have a look to get an idea of tone and content but that didnt seem possible when I clicked on the link. If the process was approved it appears I should be able to keep my name from here and Janeways forum. Will have a nosey later.

Yep. SB's forum is pretty active. I try to get over there and stir things up every so often. Zardoz is a pretty active poster over there also. Since things are getting pretty stagnant here, hope to see a few of you guys over there.
