Default Anne Francis Dies At 80

It is with great sadness that I must report that the beautiful Anne Francis has passed away at the age of 80. She died on January 2nd, 2011 of pancreatic cancer.

I just found out about it. She apparently didn't get as much attention as her costar Leslie Nielson from Forbidden Planet. She was a fine actress and a beautiful woman. She will be missed.

I read about it at the time, but I forgot to mention it to be honest.

She was a smoker, that might have contributed to her death. But she was pretty old as well, well beyong her prime.

She had already had surgery for lung cancer back in '07, I think. She died of complications from pancreatic cancer. Besides, my grandpa smoked 4 packs a day for 60 years. And he lived to be 85 years old. I only smoke 2 packs a week. So I should live to about 140 or so...
