I hadn't read that, but I'm still not sold that the he's Deltan...unless he's from some planet in the Delta system that isn't Delta IV.

No...i'm not either even if the Authors of the books work that in somehow It doesn't make alot of sense....

Like...
Have you read the Titan Series starting William Riker as Captain? He describes the creator of the Luna class as the same species of the ST:6 President. and then calls him from Efros Delta.

I don't really see that. I always thought these were people from Rigel. The only race talked about but never shown and it has 6 in habited planets.

I think if it's done in a movie that they won't stick to it from how the books have tried to resolve it.

O I agree he's NOT from Delta 4. But is from the Deltan system, guess I didn't make it clear.

Inhabited planets so close to each would likely have quite an exchange of people...He might be there but not native to the ecology.
