Default My CYLON BASESTAR from TOS Battlestar Galactica

Well, here is my Cylon basestar. As I predicted, I finished it in less than half the time it took me to build a battlestar. (Largely because the detailing is so redundant.) It only took two days. The symmetry was pretty tough to get down, and I still haven't got it perfect....but for a shooting CG model, this will serve my needs just fine. I hope you like this model. The hull lighting was added on in iClone.
She's scaled to be slightly larger than a battlestar, which was always my understanding anyways.

Sweet, Martok! I really like the lights on the profile shots especially the first pic.

Thank you, Livingston. Yeah, I'm kinda partial to that first pic too.

Some video test footage of the basestar.

Nice.

Are you working on things like Vipers etc?

I'm just a step away from completing my Colonial Viper. (Some extra sprue, and a flight stripe to add.)

Then I'll work on the Cylon Raider, Colonial Shuttle, and Landram. I already have some Rag Tag Fleet ships that were built by other authors, so I'll likely just stick with those. (Makes for a slightly more diverse looking credits list, as opposed to "Everything Done by Steve Dunlap". LOL!
