Well, what a sweeping statement. Award winning actor, director and producer (Acadamy Awards, Golden Globes, Hollywood Film Festival, MTV Awards, Peoples Choice, Blockbuster Entertainment and a load of other more minor ones) whose movies have taken $2.5billion at the box office( U.S. alone!). Obviously doesn't know what he's doing. A man who has given millions, 10s of millions of dollars to charities.
Why don't you just put it like Saquist and say you don't like the guy on a personal level, even though I'm sure you don't know him personally.

Personally, I DON'T want to see any TOS episodes or major "guest" charaters in this new series of films.

I love TOS, grew up on it.

I like the "shout outs" in the new film (ie Archer), little things like that are fun and great for longtime fans.

This is a golden opperunity to do some great, fresh stuff. To get more non-fans into the theatres.

Trek WILL NOT surivive without non-fan support in the way of ticket sales.

So what? Even if millions of people watch his crap he remains an antisemitic scumbag. I am an ethnic Catholic so I know that he could do better.
