I have had several people ask about restarting this RPG. If there was enough interest, and regular players, I would be game.

Ok, here's the layout...

This RPG will take place one week after the destruction of Romulus in the Prime Universe (late 24th Century.)

The Gorkon will be finishing up a major refit at Utopia Planitia shipyards.

She will be assigned to go look for survivors, to start.

This rpg is pretty simple.

Posting format should be as follows (Exactly)

(After last post-USS Gorkon Bridge-Engsin Smiley Is Sleeping)-This sets up the scene.

Capatin(Angirly):"WAKE UP ENGSIN!!"

Smiley(Startled):"Uh...yes sir!!"

-Interactions betwen charaters and npcs should be in this fomat.

*The Captain Grabbed Smiley By His Collar and Escorted Him To The Brig*-If you change places, this is the way to go with it.

[] Are to be used when a computer is speaking. Example-Computer:[That function is not avilible.]

Other basic rules-

No destorying the ship, or anyone's charaters, or anyone else's NPCs (NON PLAYER CHARATERS)without their ok.

No superbeings, like Q, ect. Charaters should be any established Trek race, or any race of their own creation, but keep them with Human/Vulcan abilities roughly.

A charater can make up npcs as they wish, a player can kill their own npcs at any time.

Try to stick with the current story, for example if we are investigating a planet, don't have your charater on DS9.

I'd rather try to stay away from using established Trek charaters (Picard-Riker, ect) as much as possible.

If we can get 5 or more regular posters, I'll start a new RPG section.

The USS Gorkon has spent the last 17 months getting a total refit after returning from her last mission. Capatin Zardoz accepted promotion to become Comandant of Starfleet Academy. All of his crew moved up, or retired after 2 successful mission that even had them in the Mirror Universe for two years!

My Charater, Capatin Paul Winters, originally from Alpha Centarui 2, has been given command of the refitted Galaxy Class ship. he is 6' tall, 42 earth years of age, his skin is a deep corn yellow as is all residents of Alpha Centari 2. Early in the former colony world's history (200+ years before) there was a Omega radition leak, while it did not physically harm the residents, it resulted in a perment skin pigmentaion change in all decendants.

This is Winter's second command. His first, the USS Pike, a Norway class ship was retired after 2, 5 years exploratory missions of the galatic barrier in beta quadrent. The Pike sustained a cascading warp core failure after contunued exposure to the barrier's engergies.

He is currently recuriting an all new crew for the refitted Gorkon.

What that means folks, is that al postions are now open, except for the Capatancy.

That's the beauty, post as much as you like.

But post at least 2 paragrahs worth, but it can be as long as you want.

Also when using others charaters in your post, try not to make them act out of charater. For example, don't make someone's full Vulcan run down the halls singing show tunes.

We all take turns moving the story forward, either as a whole, or from the viewpoint of our charaters

Let the gaming begin in the RPG posting area! Rember, include a history for your charater. I suggest your first post be gettign ot the ship or metting the Capatin, you can work a "flaskback" into it to tell us about the charater, and their history.
