It's not hate, but disappointment. Every season except for the first was a complete disappointment IMO.

Yeah. I stopped watching the second episode of the second volume of season 3. I just couldn't see what the point was anymore. S1 remains a favorite of mine on DVD.

I heard he came back at some point late in S3, only to leave again? As I had already stopped watching by that point, I couldn't bother to give it another chance if it meant having to catch up all over again. But it sounds like I didn't really miss anything.

One interesting and compelling season then mostly "Who cares?" for three. Nothing unjust about this cancellation.

Yeah, I stuck with it til around the end of Season 1 - it was a bit of a struggle because I found even season 1 lacking and feeling a bit stretched out - but I at least thought season 1 was heading somewhere, but the season 1 finale put me off the show because it wasn't really a good finale to all that season long build up I thought.

I never really went back to it.

Exactly. That finale sucked balls! Just like the Iron Man 2 finale! All this build up and a sore conclusion.

Can't say I'm overly surprised, like a lot of people here I enjoyed the first season and it became the new 'Lost' for me, I gave season 2 the benefit of the doubt because of the writers strike but I have to admit season 3 was confusing and convoluted. I missed a few episodes and ended up being completely lost, haven't watched it since and neither have the people whom with I initially excited talk about it with.

I've been watching Flash Forward now but I'm afraid that it may go the same way... time will tell.

Flash Forward was officially cancelled a couple of days ago as well.
