I love them all but why did George even think of Jar Jar Binks just saying he was annoying

When I was younger, Return of the Jedi was my favorite over Empire Strikes Back, but I think that was because ESB was more of a prolonged "car-chase" styled film, whereas RotJ was full of battles and action.
As I grew older though, I really came to appreciate the complexity and the dynamics that were involved in ESB, and it soon became my fave Star Wars film....until Episode III came along and just (just) nudged it out.

Since we're ranking now!
I'd go myself - 1 - Star Wars 2 - Empire Strikes Back 3 - Revenge of the Sith 4 - Return of the Jedi 5 - Attack of the Clones 6 - The Phantom Menace That said, there isn't one that I especially dislike anyway, but on a ranking system one of them has to be at the bottom regardless! Star Wars is still the ultimate in pure cinema wonderment, but I'm glad that Empire brought in darker themes, more complexity and deepened the relationships and links between the characters, basically taking our heroes and battering them down with the weight of the Empire. Jedi was a bit of a hybrid of the first two I found, but it does boast the best space battle (IMO!) of the whole saga!

I agree but let's not forget that the first movie had to be innocent and show the diversity of life in the Republic. On the other hand, the Clone Wars series does this in a far better way than Phanton Menace.

That's usually a luxury that a TV series does have, however.
