This is all interesting, but it does not establish ON SCREEN where or how the TOS Enterprise was built.

Nor does it take away from where the NuEnterprise was built either. It's James Doohan's take on things, which is about as good a guess as anyone elses. The fact that there are some clinging to "the man's words" as though he really built the thing is hilarious, however.

Actually in this interview Jimmy Doohan claimed it was built on Earth. Doesn't hurt to take a look at the source material before you comment on it.
