TOS Titles with the new Enterprise

I must admit, while she looks like a cool spaceship in this vid, the new Enterprise just doesn't look like a good ENTERPRISE in this vid. IMO, the 3D model looks too much like a generic TNG-era ship, whereas my good old playmates toy of the ship looks pretty much like a more streamlined TOS Enterprise with new nacelles. I wonder why they look so different, despite being the same exact design?

I think it depends on what a 'good' Enterprise is. Is it quantifiable by a standard or is it personal perceptions?

It's definitely personal perception. I personally perceive the TOS Enterprise as the hands down most awesome starship ever. Others think the fuglyprise is cool. I think it's fugly. hehe. There really is no quantifiable standard for fictional starship design. Although I consider Matt Jeffries' design the standard by which all others are to be judged.
