Wait a minute. That don't make sense. How does Spock prime knows what happens after he left the prime universe when he is suck in the alternate universe?

He doesn't.

But in this Intro Spock takes the role of an omniscient narrator.

It's a stylisitic device. Spock as character doesn't know about the history in the prime universe, but after talking about the subjective feelings of his role as character within the Star Trek universe he takes the role of the narrator of Star Trek, he leaves the limited character-level and goes into a meta-level.
